Why?? Why would anyone do this? Should there be instructions for this type of thing?
1. Use last bit of toilet paper
2. Take new roll from holder thingy
3. Remove empty roll and replace with new roll.
Not that difficult, if you ask me.

Tell him to change the toilet paper rolls once in a while!
At least it was placed in the proper overhanging fashion.
I s'pose... but I think that almost makes it worse. Like he's saying "I know what I'm supposed to do here, but I'm conciously choosing not to."
